Peyton LaFerla led a training session concerning the WSRP’s Victory Plan, taking place at joint meeting of Republicans from the 37th, 43rd, and 11th Districts.

The meeting was sparsely attended, but those who did attend expressed great interest in the information LaFerla shared. Attendees included 37th District Chair Beth Broadway and 43rd District Chair Dan Harder, who attended virtually.

The Victory Plan training given by LaFerla emphasized new resources which are now available to Republican PCOs. Such resources mainly consisted of databases and apps recently provided to the KCGOP by the WSRP and the RNC. He also talked at length about canvassing best practices.

The meeting was held on the evening of April 15th, Wednesday, at a small, local conference venue.

LaFerla’s training session was meant to educate PCOs about the new tools available to them through the county and state parties. It was also meant to communicate the importance of getting candidates to run for local races. LaFerla noted that races such as those for School Board are often uncontested, and are therefore prime targets for new GOP candidates.
